Please note that the Night Vision will record in the dark only with an infrared light (See Below). Any brand will work, but the Tachyon IR light is designed for lightness and ease of mounting. And please note that if you shoot in daylight, the resulting images will have a purplish tint.
Our cameras are set with the most appropriate firmware for the most common usage of that particular camera. But if you would like to run your camera with a different firmware, please mention your preference in the remarks area on the order page.
