Caps
• The Clip Mount comes standard with your OPS or OPS HD camera.
• It easily and securely clips to the bill of your cap - either on the top or the bottom.
• If you clip on the bottom, the OPS cameras are rotatable inside the mount, so there will be no issue with your videos being upside down.
Pistols
• The Picatinny Rail Mount lets you securely mount your Tachyon OPS cameras to your gun's Picatinny rail.
• Secure mounting at the 6 o'clock position on the pistol's rail, as in the example to the right.
• The camera stays out of the line of sight, giving you a clear view of the target.
• On the bottom of the Picatinny Mount is another rail, giving you the option of mounting an additional item, such as a flashlight.
•Zinc-Alloy construction for strength and lightness.
You will need this Picatinny Rail Mount to mount your camera to rails listed below.
• The Tachyon OPS HD, in its Picatinny Rail Mount, may be too large for the smallest of pistols, such as the Kel Tec PF9 shown above. If you wish to mount onto a very small pistol, we advise you to use the OPS.
The Tachyon OPS HD mounts all work with the new Tachyon OPS HD Night Vision camera.
• Both cameras will be able to mount additional items, such as flashlights, onto the bottom of the Picatinny Rail Mount.
Rifles
(Bolt-Action)
•The Rifle Rail mounts beneath your rifle's forestock, making it easy to attach your camera (with the Picatinny Rail Mount) to your rifle.
• No modifications to your rifle are required.
• In the video above, you can see the few, quick steps it takes to mount the Rifle rail onto your rifle.
Scopes (1" Diameter Only)
•The Scope Rail mounts around your scopes to allow easy camera attachment with the Picatinny Rail Mount.
• You can mount your cameras facing forward or backwards. When these video clips are cut together, this makes for more interesting videos.
Shotgun
(Pump-Action)
•The Shotgun Magazine Rail mounts to the magazine of your 12-Gauge pump-action shotgun. The Picatinny Rail Mount, with your camera inside, then mounts to that.
• The button that you see on side of your Picatinny Rail Mount is used for turning on and off the camera when the power button on the camera itself is blocked by the trigger guard of your pistol. It matches up with the small button on the left side of your OPS camera.
So it is important to understand that this arrangement will not work unless your OPS camera is inserted into the Picatinny Rail Mount with the Tachyon logo facing upwards.
Shotgun
(Semi-Automatic)
•The Shotgun Barrel Rail mounts around your shotgun's barrel, allowing easy camera attachment with the Picatinny Rail Mount.
•For 16 or 20 Gauge guns, use the included 3M fastening strips to thicken the barrel before putting on the barrel rail.
Assault Rifles
• The Picatinny Rail Mount lets you securely mount your Tachyon OPS to your gun's Picatinny rail.
• Secure mounting at the 6, 9, 12 and 3 o'clock positions on the rails of many types of large guns.
• You can then face the camera to the front or back, giving you an option of 8 directions.
• The camera stays out of the line of sight, giving you a clear view of the target.
Airsoft Guns
• The Picatinny GunCam mount lets you securely mount your Tachyon OPS to your airsoft gun's Picatinny rail.
• Secure mounting at the 6, 9, 12 and 3 o'clock positions on the rails of many types of airsoft guns.
• You can then face the camera to the front or back, giving you an option of 8 directions.
• The camera stays out of the line of sight, giving you a clear view of the target.
